Ecommerce Alliance AG (ISIN DE000A12UK08) is selling its minority stake in The Native Media Inc. to 5EL SA. The Native is a digital brand marketing expert working for well-known businesses in the sports, luxury and consumer goods industries, including the Eurovision Song Contest. Together with The Native’s team, 5EL SA, a holding company listed in Switzerland, will be developed to a leading provider of digital brand marketing campaigns with the latest data technology and content. Ecommerce Alliance (ECA) will receive shares in 5EL SA in return at a value of approximately CHF 800,000. With its wealth of expertise and the reach of ECA service companies and platforms such as PROMIPOOL, Ecommerce Alliance will support the development of 5EL SA in order to run successful brand marketing campaigns in the future.
