The advisory board of Ecommerce Alliance AG (ISIN DE000A12UK08) has grown from four to five members: As of September 22, 2017, Mountain Partners AG has, in the capacity of anchor investor for Ecommerce Alliance AG (ECA), nominated Hajo Riesenbeck to join the advisory board of ECA. The relevant decision to expand the advisory board and to allow Mountain Partners AG to appoint two members was taken at the general assembly of Ecommerce Alliance AG on July 5, 2017. The nomination of Hajo Riesenbeck to the advisory board of Ecommerce Allliance AG underlines the increasing integration of the two companies.
Hajo Riesenbeck (66) is member of the Mountain Partners AG advisory board and managing director of the investment consultancy firm Riesenbeck-IC GmbH. He has in the past been member of advisory committees in various ventures, including GfK SE, Gruner + Jahr AG & Co KG and at infas Holding AG since 2014. The economist and graduate business administrator has a proven track record of excellence in the areas of consumer products and trade with numerous publications. After the start of his career with the consumer goods enterprise Unilever, Riesenbeck joined the business consultancy McKinsey & Company, for whom he headed up European marketing practice and global internal communication in his capacity of partner and senior director.
