Munich, April 26, 2018 – Ecommerce Alliance AG (ECA, ISIN DE000A12UK08) will be indirectly selling off their minority shares in the satellite internet providers Getinternet GmbH and Orbitcom GmbH. The transaction will be part of the sale of SAT Internet Services GmbH to the leading British provider of alternative fast broadband services, Satellite Solutions Worldwide Group plc. SAT Internet Services had purchased Getinternet and Orbitcom prior to this transaction. SAT Internet Services is a well-established provider of satellite broadband internet services in Germany, Austria and Portugal.
