getmobile announces that at its Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today in London all of the resolutions were passed with over 99% of all votes cast in favour of the resolutions. Accordingly, shareholders have
(1) approved the cancellation of the Company's AIM Quotation; and
(2) authorized a change in the Company's name to Ecommerce Alliance plc.
As a result, the last day of trading in the Company's shares on AIM will be Friday 19 March 2010 and the cancellation will take effect from 7.00 a.m. on Monday March 22 2010. The Company's shares will continue to be dealt on the Entry Standard Market of the Deutsche Borse in Frankfurt. The Company's shares have been dealt on the Entry Standard Market since November 2008.
It is expected that change of name will take effect in the last week of March and an announcement confirming the change will be made via the Company's websites www.getmobile-europe.com and www.ecommerce-alliance.com at the appropriate time.
