München, June 9, 2020 – Mountain Alliance AG (MA, ISIN DE000A12UK08) announces a change in the composition of its Supervisory Board.
Mountain Partners AG has delegated Dr. Cornelius Boersch to the Supervisory Board of the Company effective June 04, 2020, in the course of its delegation right according to the articles of association. In the constituent meeting, Dr. Boersch was unanimously elected chairman by the board.
Dr. Cornelius Boersch is a globally active financial investor and respected business angel. As founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mountain Partners AG, which is at the same time the majority shareholder of Mountain Alliance AG, he invests in promising technology start-ups.
Following the acquisitions of Mountain Internet AG and Mountain Technology AG with several promising technology investments in recent years, Mountain Alliance AG has already significantly expanded its market position as a later-stage growth investor for companies with a digital business model.
